惡心背痛…恐是心肌梗塞前兆

心血管疾病急性發作如心肌梗塞及腦中風，男女症狀不同，除了胸悶、胸痛、呼吸困難等，女性則常會出現惡心、手麻、背痛、呼吸不順等，有致命風險，醫師建議立即就醫治療。
23歲陳姓男子剛踏入職場，為了拚事業經常熬夜，三餐不正常，又沒時間運動，且每天還抽兩包菸，某日凌晨在熬夜工作時，出現急性心肌梗塞，送急診打通血管後，順利化解生命危機。
收治病患的中華民國心臟基金會執行長黃瑞仁醫師指出，心臟病是國人第二號殺手，平均每 25分鐘就有 1人死於心臟疾病，如再加上腦中風、高血壓、糖尿病及腎臟病等血管相關死因，血管性疾病造成每年 53,697人死亡。
心臟病 7大危險因子包含：年齡、家族史、高血壓、高血糖、高膽固醇、運動量不足及吸菸，只要符合任 3項或以上，即是心臟病的高危險群。
國健署長王英偉表示，過重或肥胖、吸菸、嚼食檳榔及過量飲酒等問題，是心臟病與中風等心血管疾病的主要危險因子。近年來受氣候變遷的影響，極熱極冷的氣候型態也是誘發因子。
王英偉指出，有 7成的心臟和呼吸突發事件發生在家中，家人可以儘速幫助病人，如果出現心臟病徵兆：胸悶、左前胸或上腹部有壓迫感、胸痛、呼吸困難或感覺消化不良、心悸、冒冷汗，合併暈眩、疲倦無力、惡心、嘔吐等症狀。另女性則常會出現惡心、手麻、背痛、呼吸不順等，可能立即危及生命，建議立即就醫治療。
有鑑於心臟病近年有年輕化趨勢，中華民國心臟基金會與國健署響應 2018世界心臟日，建議國人從落實「遠離香菸」、「健康飲食」及「規律運動」守護心臟的三大承諾開始，建立健康良好的新型態「心」生活。
國健署也鼓勵各醫療院所設立戒菸門診，提供諮詢輔導及藥物協助，在戒菸的兩年內，能大幅降低心臟病風險，而戒菸若維持 15年，風險更能恢復到抽菸前的數值。
