北韓爆非洲豬瘟 南韓：遭波及可能性頗高
北韓發生非洲豬瘟疫情，南韓農林畜產食品部今天緊急召開會議研判，北韓非洲豬瘟蔓延南韓的可能性頗高，決定將與北韓接壤的南韓10個地區列為「特別管理地區」。
南韓聯合新聞通訊社報導，農林畜產食品部次官（副部長）李在彧在世宗市政府世宗辦公大樓農林畜產食品部災難狀況室召開的緊急對策會議上表示，雖然北韓非洲豬瘟疫情發生在靠近中國東北的北部慈江道雩時郡一處農場，但蔓延至南韓的可能性頗高。
他要求假設最壞的情況，致力於南北韓接壤地區的防疫防控工作，並與有關部門保持緊密溝通，開展密切合作。
據報導，南韓農林畜產食品部將與北韓毗鄰的10個市郡－京畿道江華郡、甕津郡、金浦市、坡州市、漣川郡，以及江原道鐵原郡、華川郡、陽口郡、麟蹄郡、高城郡，列為「特別管理地區」，採取相當於「深刻（嚴重之意）」等級的防疫措施。
南韓防疫當局將在「特別管理地區」內設置道路統制關卡、據點消毒設施，並對畜產車輛採取消毒防疫措施。
同時，於6月7日以前，對「特別管理地區」內的養豬農戶的豬隻完成非洲豬瘟的檢疫工作。
另外，防疫當局還將以有可能傳播非洲豬瘟的山區野豬為對象，展開血清疫查、早期發現申報等工作。2015年為預防非洲豬瘟，南韓曾對4194隻野豬進行血清疫查，結果都呈現陰性反應。
北韓「勞動新聞」今天在特輯專文中指出，在慈江道發生的非洲豬瘟是一種「發病率高且傳播途徑多樣化、迄今尚無有效防止對策」的傳染病。
北韓30日向比價世界動物衛生組織（OIE）報告，北韓臨近鴨綠江的慈江道雩時郡一處農場發生非洲豬瘟疫情。在農場飼養的99隻豬當中，有77隻死亡，其餘22隻被撲殺。
據報導，北韓發現疫情的農場位於中國大陸遼寧省附近地區。北韓23日發現疑似非洲豬瘟疫情，25日確診。（中央社）
屏家扶頒發獎助學金
屏東家扶中心舉辦「助學圓夢愛傳家扶」暑假獎助學金頒獎典禮，昨（廿二）日在鶴聲國中舉行，共有三三五名大專及高中生分別領取一萬元及六千元的獎助學金，今年將再針對成績達七十五分以上的大學生再加發一萬元，並陸續頒發國中小三百七十名家扶學子共七十一萬元?助學金，讓家扶學子穩定學業，再接再勵。
中心於暑期針對受扶學生在就學上的煩腦進行問卷了解，結果多數扶助青少年都有經濟困擾，高達五成六、課業與人際困擾、未來職業需求困惱約一成多；所有領取獎助學金的高中及大專生，均須完成四至十小時不等的公益回饋服務，提供孩子們學習的機會並增進能力，為將來儲備能量。主委方文哲感謝參與助學的國際社團及公司行號、捐款人，成為受助學子努力向前的一盞燈。
