基隆市李姓男子去年6月間，在上班必經之路途中，在台62線不同3天被測速器拍下12次超速，共被開了12張交通罰單，總共得罰4萬多元，光是25日一天就被連續開7張。他主張寄發舉發單的時間太晚，造不能不逛成警示作用喪失，無法避免同一地點再違規，且警示圖像模糊不清太小，要求撤銷罰單。法官認為，連續超速告發無不當，況且警告標誌明顯，面積大小足供辨識，日前駁回他的請求。基隆地院判決書指出，台62線是李男上班必經之路，速限只有80公里，但李男開的自小客車速多在100公里上下，去年6月被新上市首選雷達測速儀器拍到12次超速，交通隊據此開出12張罰單，21日3張、22日2張、25日7張，罰單從3000到3500元，總共罰金為4萬500元。. } }); } 李男主張，他在31日後才收到舉發單，被開單的地點是其上班必經之處，寄發舉發單的時間太晚，造成警示作用喪失，無法避免原告在同一地點再違規。且雖有警示圖像，但模糊不清且太小，駕駛人不易察覺，提起行政訴訟，聲明原處分撤銷。交通隊表示，在被開單地點前404公尺、440公尺處明顯處設有行車時速限制及警「52」標誌，提醒用路人注意前方有照相設施，且調閱採證照片，其車輛行車速度超過最高時速，經雷達測速儀器攝得違規相片，舉發無違誤。舉發日期也都符合道路交通管理處罰條例第90條之規定。基隆地院法官審理認為，依道路交通管理處罰條例第90條規定，違反本條例之行為 ，自行為成立之日起；行為有連續或繼續之狀態者，自行為網路購物限時商品終了之日起，逾3個月不得舉發。此件舉發日期並未逾越行為成立日起3 個月，舉發程序合法。原告主張寄發舉發單的時間太晚，無法避免原告在同一地點再違規，因舉發地點前方300至1000公尺間設有明顯標示，已具有警示作用，符合移送期間之規定。法官並指出，原告主張警示圖像模糊不清太小，但根據警方提供照片，警告標誌明顯，面積大小足供辨識，且前方也無遮避物阻擋，因駁回他的聲明。基隆市李姓男子去年6月間，省錢大作戰僅此一檔在上班必經之路途中，在台62線不同3天被測速器拍下12次超速，共被開了12張交通罰單，總共得罰4萬多元，圖為檔案照非新聞事件。圖／報系資料照 分享 facebook
導演謝辰陽燒炭自殺！疑錢財被騙光
由香港投資拍攝的電影「一屋二欺」2015年1月在香港開鏡，傳出投資方無預警撤資導致戲停拍，而且台灣50幾位的工作人員，包含演員黃鴻升（小鬼）蔡詩芸等人都沒有拿到報酬，金額積欠800多萬台幣。沒想到，導演謝辰陽昨驚傳燒炭自殺身亡，疑因工作遭人騙光錢財，才走上絕路。
據「蘋果」報導，一名自稱謝辰陽親戚的A小姐表示，謝辰陽昨被家人發現在家中燒炭自殺，陳屍多時，現場沒有遺書，僅聽說在一個月前透露錢財被人騙光，無法面對家人，向妹妹說：「對不起你們、對不起姑姑、對不起家人、對不起親戚朋友。」謝辰陽家人昨已北上認屍並作筆錄，據了解目前遺體停放在板橋殯儀館。
