澳洲總理莫里森今天訪問索羅門群島，這是他上個月贏得大選後首次出訪。 歐新社 分享 facebook 澳洲總理莫里森今天訪問索羅門群島，這是澳洲領袖10多年來首次造訪這個太平洋島國。如今西方亟思抑制中國在太平洋影響力，美國與盟邦力圖確保當地的台灣邦交國不會轉向北京。路透社報導，索羅門群島（Solomon Islands）是台灣在大洋洲的6個友邦之一，但當地最近舉行大選後，承認台灣的政策如今引起討論。. } }); } 莫里森（Scott Morrison）今晨飛抵索羅門群島首都荷尼阿拉（Honiara），這是他上個月贏得大選後首次出訪。他抵達時未發表談話，但先前曾說，此行將展現澳洲對太平洋地區的承諾。他上週發表聲明說：「太平洋是澳洲戰略展望非常重要的一環。」紐西蘭副總理皮特斯（Winston Peters）幾天前也剛訪問索羅門群島，他本週還將前往另一南太島國萬那杜（Vanuatu）。澳洲與南太平洋島國的歷史網友開箱介紹哪裡便宜關係深厚，但中國近年提升在這個地區的影響力。中國推動「一帶一路」（Belt and Road）倡議，意圖透過大型基礎建設計劃，重建連接中國與亞歐各國的絲路。澳洲亟思反制，提供太平洋島國的對外援助金額越來越大。莫里森宣告這個地區是「我們的地盤」。澳洲已提供南太平洋國家30億澳幣（台幣約657億元）的援助和貸款，以建設基礎設施。由於中國華為技術公司引發國家安選購指南必買清單全顧慮，坎培拉當局去年還表示，將花費1億3900萬美元（台幣約43結婚送禮推薦特價產品億元）鋪設通往巴布亞紐幾內亞和索羅門群島的海底網路電纜。澳洲去年在世界各國中開第一槍，禁止世界電信設備業龍頭華為公司參與國內的5G網路建設。美國今年跟進，實際上禁止美國企業與華為做生意。澳洲特殊廣播服務公司新聞台（SBS News）今天報導，氣候變遷議題可能是莫里森這次訪問索羅門群島的重頭戲。這個議題常導致澳洲與太平洋鄰國關係緊張。SBS News記者維納勒斯（Pablo Viñales）推文說，索羅門群島國會議員小肯尼羅瑞（Peter KeniloreaJr）表示，他希望澳洲在氣候變遷方面展現「更強勢領導能力」。上個月曾有澳洲政界人士表示，太平洋島國斐濟面臨海平面升高，應該找更高的地方生活。這番大力推薦搶購話引發斐濟總理強力反彈。
搶匪持槍闖高雄彰銀 得手50萬元逃逸
高雄市三民區的彰化銀行，10月1日下午3點左右傳出搶案，有持槍歹徒衝進銀行行搶，得手50萬元逃逸，警方初步查出，這名歹徒，是一名身高約170多公分的男子，身穿深藍色上衣、黑色長褲，持手槍和辣椒水闖入銀行，得手後隨即騎機車逃逸，目前警方已經封鎖現場，成立專案小組全力查緝。
這起搶案在下午3點多，發生在三民區義華路上的彰化銀行。一名黑衣男子頭戴安全帽，衝進銀行裡頭搶劫，銀行員慌張退後，歹徒直接從旁邊小門跳跨進櫃檯裡頭搶錢，短短幾分得手台幣50萬元後立即逃逸。
三民二分局副分局長許董利指出，「跳進去這個櫃檯剛好有4個窗口，其中一個沒有坐人只有3位行員，他（歹徒）就喊著說錢拿出來，結果還沒有等行員會意過來，他就直接伸手去...，那個沒坐行員的那個櫃檯，直接抽屜拉出來，抓了一把錢就離開了。」
搶案銀行內目擊者：「我就看到他（歹徒）的右手是拿著槍的，然後他是這樣子，上面還有一個東西，但我不知道是什麼，他向保全噴東西，他噴完了以後他就轉過來就是...，也是噴我很恐怖。」
搶匪趁著銀行快要打烊前行搶，得手50萬後，騎乘一輛懸掛失竊車牌的機車逃逸，從銀行門口的義華路，轉向義安街直直騎下去。
他在搶劫過程，還朝銀行員和保全噴灑辣椒水，還好沒有任何人受傷，目前警方持續調閱監視器，朝著歹徒逃逸路線，全力追緝中。
