「台美恰吉串聯就這麼簡單！」王世堅傳破天荒為鬼娃宣傳
「頭號柯黑」59歲台北市議員王世堅，因為長相神似恐怖片經典角色「鬼娃恰吉」，因此還有個「台版恰吉」的封號。近日鬼娃恰吉重返大銀幕，片商昨天(31日)釋出王世堅可能將出席電影首映的消息，「台美恰吉一起串聯」讓不少影迷非常期待。
很多人都知道王世堅長相激似恰吉，但不知道當初他被封為結婚送禮推薦好康平台「台版恰吉」的由來。據ETtoday報導，原來一切起因於2004年時任台北市議員的侯冠群和記者閒聊的一句話，當時他開玩笑表示「你不覺得王世堅很像恰吉嗎？」超神比喻一開始只在記者圈流傳，沒想到1年後在網上傳開，從此王世堅就和「恰吉」封號形影不離。
新版電影《恰吉》即將於6月21日在台上映，昨天片商車庫娛樂在官方臉書上貼出王世堅照片，並巧妙寫道「『月亮跟著禿子走』不稀奇，在台灣『恰吉跟著世堅走』」，更暗指『台版恰吉』王世堅將出席電影《恰吉》首映會，詢問粉絲意見，結果劇迷留言表示「我就想說你們真的該請他來首映啊」、「南北恰吉一起串連，就是那麼簡單！」、「台美恰吉一起串聯！」、「感到溫馨；可以順勢推出世堅版恰吉公仔義賣！」
念完6年醫學院、通過國考取得證照，物理治療師為何淪為開儀器、洗毛巾的工具人？
「物理治療師精通人體力學，是人體活動的專家」，那在人口快速老化的台灣，物理治療師的發展前景，理應無可限量。惟現實情況是，國內雖透過教考訓用，好不容易累計培育出約1萬名通過國考的物理治療師，但因執業環境惡劣、薪資偏低、專業不受尊重，持照物理治療師中至少逾4成寧可出走「不務正業」，也不願在醫療院所中淪為開關醫療儀器、洗擰毛巾或證照人頭的工具人！
物理治療師為通過國家考試的醫事人員，為了配合復健科醫師提供患者與活動、功能障礙相關的診治與復健，物理治療師在醫學院6年修業期間，舉凡人體解剖學、運動治療，以及老人慢性退化疾病、燒燙傷肌肉系統疾病等徒手治療，都是必修學科；順利畢業、實習期滿成績合格，還要通過考選部一年舉辦兩次的國家考試取得證照，才能正式執業。
目前國內8家附設醫學院的大學都開設有物理治療系，平均每年應屆畢業生總人數約2000人。但畢業是一回事，取得物理治療師證照又是另一回事。根據考選部的歷年統計，該部每年於2月及7月分別各舉辦一次物理治療師國家考試，而即使是應考者多為應屆畢業生、及格率偏高的7月會試，歷年及格率也只有2-3成，去年更出現11.75％歷史次低及格率的記錄，考試可以說相當不簡單。
就因健保給付的不合理、醫院經營者的萬般算計，甚至被長期視為復健科醫師的附庸，不被允許獨立評估病人的病情及擬訂適合的治療方式，導致許多物理治療師常形容：「我常自覺自己根本不像醫事人員，反而說是工廠作業員比較貼切！雖說職業無貴賤，但那種專業被踐踏、無視的感覺，真的很痛苦。」
物理治療師大量出走 國家資源成最大浪費
影響所及，近年愈來愈多持照物理治療師選擇黯然離開醫療現場，有人改做醫藥記者、投身民間醫療改革團體，希望以批判者的角色，從根本改善這個扭曲的醫療執業環境；也有人為生活選擇投入商業價值較高的健身房、衝浪教練，或幼兒潛能開發行業，暫時將行醫助人的初衷放在一邊，導致許多設有復健科的醫療院所，都出現物理治療師大缺工的現象。
雖說職涯選擇是個人自由，取得醫事人員證照也不一定要在醫療現場執業，惟想想能夠完成6年醫學院學分、實習課程，並通過國家考試取得證照的物理治療師都是專業人才，長期以來，國家與社會也在他們身上投注了大量的資源與養分。（推薦閱讀：台北市醫師職業工會爆長庚醫院血汗！日夜輪替、上班12小時 住院醫師總工時破表 ）
如今台灣口口聲聲要全力推動長照2.0，又轉眼8年後，我即將躋身聯合國定義的超高齡社會之列，醫療院所、居家復健現在乃至於未來對物理治療師的需求有多殷切，已不言可喻！此時此刻，若政府仍無法透過制度上革弊興利的引導，令學有專精的人才歸位、學以致用，豈非最大的浪費與諷刺。
